1. Scope and Purpose

Modelstoday is a business-oriented social networking and creative platform designed for models, photographers, creatives, agencies, and brands to connect, present portfolios, share content, and explore professional opportunities.

Modelstoday is not a dating service, not a matchmaking platform, and not intended for personal or romantic interactions.

These Terms of Service apply to:

  • modelstoday.net

  • all associated subdomains and services

  • related editorial and promotional activities

By accessing or using Modelstoday, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Modelstoday.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • Accounts created on behalf of another person without authorization are prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Use

  • Each user may maintain one personal account unless explicitly approved otherwise.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.

Modelstoday reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • profile information

You confirm that you own the rights to the content or have proper authorization to use it.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or publish content that:

  • is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory

  • contains hate speech or harassment

  • infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

  • contains explicit sexual content, nudity involving minors, or illegal material

  • misrepresents identity or professional status

5. Image and Content Rights

You retain full ownership of your content.

By uploading content to Modelstoday, you grant Modelstoday a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to:

  • display your content on the platform

  • feature it in editorial content

  • use it for platform promotion and social media related to Modelstoday

This license:

  • does not transfer ownership

  • does not allow third-party resale

  • may be revoked by deleting your content or account (subject to reasonable technical limitations)

6. Editorial Content, Magazine & Contests

Modelstoday operates an editorial magazine and may organize:

  • open calls

  • competitions

  • curated features

Participation is voluntary and free unless stated otherwise.

Selection, featuring, or publication:

  • is at the sole discretion of Modelstoday

  • does not guarantee paid work or representation

  • may be modified or canceled at any time

Submitted content may be used for editorial and promotional purposes related to Modelstoday.

7. No Guarantee of Work or Success

Modelstoday provides visibility and networking opportunities only.

We do not guarantee:

  • jobs

  • contracts

  • bookings

  • financial compensation

  • professional success

Any collaboration occurs directly between users at their own responsibility.

8. Interactions Between Users

Users are solely responsible for their interactions.

Modelstoday:

  • does not mediate agreements

  • is not responsible for disputes

  • does not verify professional claims

We reserve the right to intervene in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

The platform is operated from Ukraine.
Jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable EU private international law.

Continued use of Modelstoday after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
